Hi, I’m Andrena I have been facilitating meetings, workshops, project groups for over 25 years and really enjoy making a difference. Before I understood facilitation I tended to be a bit impulsive and jump to conclusions far too quickly without thinking things through …..thank goodness I came across facilitation early on in my career.
I am very outcome and action focused, therefore enjoy working with some structure and using facilitation process tools. It really matters to me that I work in partnership with my clients and achieve their objectives. When facilitating, I am confident that decisions are based on information rather than being just ‘led by the heart’ can help teams be more objective when making decisions and lead to less conflict.
