I’m Maggie, and I’ve been running an independent Training Consultancy since 2003. Prior to that, as an employee, I had become increasingly frustrated by the countless hours, I and many others, were forced to waste in dull courses, or fruitless meetings. I’m a very positive person, so instead of complaining, I left the corporate world and committed doing something about it. I very quickly discovered that strong, yet flexible, facilitation was the key to real collaboration and business results! Business.
I have always been a real team player, and thrive when given the opportunity to work with groups to help them develop and achieve more. Also I am not ashamed to admit, I’m a bit of a self-development junkie, and throughout my career, I have been continuously researching and applying tools and techniques which generate great teamwork, innovation and strategic thinking. My extensive tool-kit equips me to be extremely flexible and adapt to suit any audience or situation, ensuring the desired outcomes are achieved and owned by the group.
